About Bloomfield Gardens Apartments

Bloomfield Gardens Apartments was built in 1950 and is under new ownership and new management as of December 2019. 

In total, there are 167 apartments within the complex, made up of all One- and Two-bedroom units. The property has 24-hour surveillance cameras. The maintenance and management staff are located onsite. There are two laundry facilities available for tenants with cash reloadable cards. Each laundry facility includes 5 washers and 5 dryers. There is a parking lot for tenants only, monitored by Carl's Towing. While we do allow pets to reside with the tenants there are several restrictions, please review our Pet Policy at our office. There is a $150 one-time fee per pet, in addition to a nonrefundable monthly fee of $25.  Tenant's must pick up their pet litter or are subject to a fine. While we continue to renovate units, we do also have a 24-Hour Emergency Line available for tenants for repairs.
